If your balance isn’t enough during renewal, Auto Pay will fail. Don’t worry—you’ll get a notification, and you have 30 days to reload. If you don’t top up within that time, Auto Pay will be canceled.

Can you change or cancel a renewal close to the cycle?

Yes. You can change or cancel Auto Pay up to 48 hours before renewal with no extra charges.

Is data roll-over available?

Yes! As long as you stay on the same promo plan, any unused data rolls over to the next cycle after renewal.
